Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds of sirloin steak - cut into 1/2 " strips
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup wine (never knew this!)
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup mushrooms (optional, but highly suggested)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can of cream of tomato soup
- 1 cup sour cream
Directions:
- Brown steak and onions until tender
- Add wine and mushrooms
- Simmer for 10 minutes
- Add soups and continue to simmer for 10-15 minutes
- Add sour cream just before serving
- Heat thoroughly, but do not boil
- Serve over hot rice or noodles
